January 31, 2026- Saturday (A day of driving)

 Today felt like a day of driving around that is why I put it in the title, but in other ways we were at home quite a bit as well.

Michael and I started the day by attending the temple. Lots of great insights there today and I was able to feel the love of Heavenly Father so strongly. It was wonderful. After the temple we went to Trader Joe's which was crowded and it was so cold outside, my feet were freezing. (One of the few times I felt that yoga shoes maybe weren't the best option.) 

After Trader Joe's we went to Michael's work to put out pay stubs, then to Walmart to pick up a few things for a seminary breakfast, then we stopped by the post office. We were very ready to go home at this point. We got home realized that we needed to pick up more eggs so Michael went back to the store while I got the ducks food ready and some thins on their cage. It wasn't much later after that I went to pick up Valor so the boys could show him how to take care of the birds. I then hurried over to church to take Evan to an activity day activity. 

I then went to return an Amazon package, picked up Evan, picked up all of the kids, took breakfast for seminary to Shelly for Monday when we are gone, then we went to art with Sister Taber. Art was super relaxing. Came home had dinner and did a last few clean up things for our trip and then went to bed. (A running around kind of day but I feel like we are all ready to sail tomorrow! )
